Make the Most of Your Relationships with Legislators and Community Leaders.
We provide materials, transportation to Nashville and make all the appointments with your elected leaders. Alzheimer's Tennessee Team leaders have a plan and guide groups of volunteers to legislators’ offices. All you need to do is be there to share your story and support Tennessee families living with Alzheimer's and other dementias.

As the primary advocate addressing Alzheimer’s related issues in the state of Tennessee, Alzheimer’s Tennessee, believes the ever-pressing needs of the Alzheimer’s community must be addressed and continued to become a state priority.
Alzheimer's Tennessee Volunteer Advocates Save Lives!
Six out of ten individuals with dementia will wander. More than 300 vulnerable Tennesseans have been found safe since Alzheimer’s Tennessee volunteer advocates helped to pass Tennessee’s Silver Alert Law. It's just one example of the impact Alzheimer's Tennessee volunteers have made since first making this trip in 1995.
