A Harvard test showed that walking just 3800 steps a day reduces the risk of Alzheimer's and Dementia. 

Join us for a walk to Make Alzheimer’s a Memory on April 20th. 

We are going to Walk to Make Alzheimer’s a Memory to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s Tennessee. They support local families who need services now as well as research for better treatments and a cure.
